Picturesque Voyages makes every effort to assure that your trip is a seamless travel experience. Prior to your arrival, we will send you a confirmation email with a description of your trip, the services provided (car service, reserved meals, entrance fees) and responses to any of your mobility concerns.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We need at least a 48-hour advance notice, at which time we will refund 85% of the original purchase price. With less than 24 hours notice, we will refund 50% of your reservation. With less than 12 hours notice, we cannot offer a refund.
What if I’m late for my tour?
Your guide will wait for up to 15 minutes at the arranged meeting point. After 15 minutes, we consider your trip a cancellation. If you are running late on your way to meeting your guide, please give us a call (+33 07 68 59 24 93) or send a text, and we will try to direct you.
Non refundable Tickets
If we have reserved entrance tickets as part of your experience, those tickets are not refundable once we have confirmed purchase.
Car services: Please be aware that for garden excursions outside Paris, we have reserved car services, and for those tours we require a 72-hour cancellation notice in order to refund your fee.
